Soufan Engineering is currently underway with the construction of the Presidential Compound Housing Project of 11 Executive Villas for the Chief of Command and high ranking commanders of the SPLA, GoSS, and any visiting dignitaries.

Soufan Engineering has previously and still currently constructed tented cities in several outlying areas of Southern Sudan for the SPLA.
